PARKING
General Parking – General parking will be available at no charge in Lot A (in unmarked spots). Do not park in spots that are reserved or marked for emergency vehicles. Do not park in spots that are reserved or marked for emergency vehicles.
Handicap Parking – Those with a handicap placard can park inside of the Cornell Parking Structure at no charge (in general spots and handicap spots). Do not park in spots that are reserved or marked for emergency vehicles. This structure is closest to the UNM Student Union Building which will make getting to the conference really accessible.
TICKETS
Print out your ticket or just show your ticket from your phone at the conference inside of the Student Union Building.
If you purchased a ticket for someone else forward it to them or plan to arrive with them at the event.
NOTE: Though a limited number of day of tickers ($50) will be available at the venue.
Registration
Registration is from 9:30 am – 10:00 am on the second floor of the Student Union Building.
This is where you will sign in, receive your conference tote bag and your conference lanyard.
Your conference lanyard is required for admission into the ballrooms for the presentations.
If you pre-ordered your lunch with your ticket, your lunch ticket will be given to you at registration.
After registration, we welcome you to browse the exhibit hall and enjoy refreshments prior to the first speaker who begins at 10:30 am.

Lunch
ONLINE LUNCH ORDERS
If you added a boxed lunch when you purchased your ticket, you will receive your lunch ticket with your lanyard and tote bag during registration. During the lunch hour head to the lunch area inside of the Student Union Building Cafe and present your lunch ticket in exchange for your lunch. Seating is located throughout the Student Union Building.
LUNCH ON YOUR OWN
If you did not select the lunch option with your ticket, you are able to enjoy lunch on your own. Please keep in mind the La Fonda del Bosque is located on campus and has delicious lunch options available for purchase.
Return to the Student Union Building by 12:50 pm, to see the 1:00 pm presentations.
